Software Documentation

Rick A Rice has experience with the agile development process, including the use of Rally software to log user stories and to track progress and status of sprint items. He is conversant with Java, C++, JavaScript, XML and SQL scripting, HTML, CSS, and other.

He has developed the following types of software documentation:

REST API reference guide, in MadCap Flare, providing CURL commands and copy and paste functionality for end users
REST API Confluence Wiki, providing code and examples to developers
Help systems for web portals and custom Apps

Related to the development of many of these process and procedure documentation projects is the development of governing tools, including templates and style guides. These may be adopted from the project owner, or may be created custom to support the project owner's branding and presentation requirements.
